Write a Novel In One Month

I've seen a few books floating around the web that promise to help people write a book in a month.

I thought I'd share my own version.

For a 90,000 word novel:
1. Sit ass in chair
2. Write 3,000 words per day

That'll be $19.95, please.

If there's some other magic formula, please let me know.
